Since 2012, we have been working on the development and implementation of the Center for Leadership at Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids, MI. The Center assisted organizations to develop the potential of their people and build collaboration through practical, powerful, and customized programs aimed at helping people lead and organizations succeed.

We are now moving to our next chapter of our journey bringing that expertise to Heroman Leadership, LLC. We impacted over 300 leaders with practical leadership, team and executive coaching. After much deliberation I decided to strike out on my own in 2008 and start a consulting company to focus on smaller companies with the hope of transferring some of the knowledge and experience gathered over the last thirty years. I have been very fortunate to have managed nineteen different Companies or facilities during that time. I have seen the good, bad and ugly of turnaround efforts and have been troubled that often times some reap huge benefits while the business is gutted and not able to sustain itself for the long term.
